But, wait, what are digital stickers?!
If you’ve never heard of digital stickers before, don’t worry. You’re not alone in that!
Digital stickers are a relatively new thing and are a super fun way to decorate digital planners or documents.
They are essentially PNG image files that have a transparent background so that you can place the images on top of your digital paper.
They work exactly like traditional stickers but they don’t have a sticky back and they are used on a tablet device. Or, your phone, PC, laptop etc.
You can use them as many times as you like, resize them and move them around the page – even after you’ve ‘stuck’ it on.
They come in all sorts of shapes, colours and sizes and many people have started designing and selling them online.
Just a little heads up though, digital stickers can be extremely addictive. You have been warned haha!

How to use Digital Stickers in Goodnotes
As digital stickers are PNG images, you can use them as you would import images normally onto your digital planner.
If you’re using the stickers as a Goodnotes file
If you’re using the Goodnotes sticker sheet, simply import your file to Goodnotes as a new document.
Then, use your lasso tool to copy and paste your stickers to wherever you’d like to use it in your digital planner .
If you’re importing the individual PNG sticker files
If you’re using the individual images, simply save your digital stickers to your iPad either in your photo library or in your files.
Then, head into the Goodnotes app and open up your digital planner page where you’d like to import your sticker.
Click on the ‘image’ icon on your tool bar above your digital planner pages.
Select the sticker you would like to use in your planner and then import it onto the page.
From here you can select the image, resize it and even copy and paste it using your lasso tool.
If you wanted to import your sticker from a file on your tablet, you can click on the image icon again and select ‘Import from’. This will then open up your files in your iCloud or device.
Select the image you’d like to import from files and select ‘add’. Then you can move your stickers around in your planner!
